Our client is a leading Financial Services Organisation based in Northampton who are looking to recruit interim FOS Case Handlers to join their team on a 12 month contract. If you are interested in this role please apply for the role with your most up to date CV to avoid missing out.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within a fast paced team environment, this role will involve revisiting complaints that have not been resolved to the customer's/CMC's satisfaction at Final Response stage. A bespoke response will be requested on each case by FOS for their consideration.

Investigating PPI complaints that have been escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

You will be making decisions in line with current regulatory guidelines. You'll receive full training for the different systems used and in how to document the cases worked. You'll also be working towards strict quality and productivity targets and communicating with customers over the phone and via letter/email.

What we're looking for in you:
•Previous experience within a PPI complaints handling role
•Experience of working with FOS or in a similar role
•End to end PPI experience
•Bespoke letter writing experience
•Experienced working towards both case and quality targets.
•Excellent decision making and attention to detail
•Experience of working with products such as credit cards, loans and mortgages
•Fantastic listening skills
•Strong attention to detail is essential
•Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Ideally Educated to Degree level or equivalent
