Training Lead – Northampton – Initially 3 Months – Up to £400pd Ltd
Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a large financial services organisation based in Northampton who are urgently recruiting for a Training Lead to manage a large regulatory change programme.
This excellent opportunity will involve lead a team and being accountable for the training design and delivery that will ensure this key regulatory piece achieves its objectives. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day to day training programme
- Manage and representing the project at programme level, influencing, challenging and ensuring that the team completes all activities - a blended solution, that will support the needs of the learners
- Leading and managing a team of designers to provide training for a regulatory programme.
- Attending meetings, planning and leading all training activities to ensure this programme delivers to tight deadlines
- Reporting on project risk and issues
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience in a Training Lead role, ideally within the financial services industry
- Familiar with leading regulatory training programmes
- The confidence to manage challenging stakeholders and push back where necessary
- The ability to work on a dynamic project where there is lots of change
- Experience of managing a team on a complex programme
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels
- Strong IT and presentation skills
