We have a career-enhancing opportunity within a Global Multinational with close to 10,000 employees worldwide, and revenues in excess of $10 Billion p/year. Having gone through a period of phenomenal growth, they are now deeply determined to capitalize on the newly acquired investments and scale their European presence by expanding the reach of their digital offerings in EMEA.

 

Following the strategy that brought them to double their annual revenue in the last 2 years alone, they are now recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their South-West London offices and partner with Director-level stakeholders to lead and support the growth of their digital offering in UK&EMEA!

 

Based in the EMEA HQ in London, and reporting into the Recruitment director based in the US, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to the EMEA population for everything relating to the recruitment, talent acquisition strategies and talent attraction initiatives for their IT/Tech talent teams. As the business is quite diverse, you will be expected to have a substantial understanding of a broad set of coding languages and software development tools (front-end).

 

As the company will be going through a significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

You will be deeply passionate and have substantial previous experience in building teams, designing and delivering recruitment projects and talent attraction solutions in a global matrix-based organization.

 

This will ultimately lead to being able to hire the best on the market – this will grant you lots of exposure on both a local and international level and allow you to quickly scale and develop into larger responsibilities and opportunities.

 

We are looking for a truly digitally/tech-savvy recruitment expert who can build their team from scratch, can work cross-functionally within the business, and will have a substantial impact in supporting the business by facilitating senior stakeholders in scaling their individual teams & functions!
