We have a career enhancing opportunity with our client; a progressive and global brand going through a period of substancial expansion and growth! To do so, they are looking to bring on board a Recruitment Manager to join their Dublin office and partner with business stakeholders in leading and supporting recruitment activities for a select part of their global business, recruiting for both the UK&I and International markets.

Based in Dublin, reporting and working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to key stakeholders in relation to recruitment related strategies and activities on Technology hiring.

While this is a strategic role within this Global market leader, you will be expected to also participate and lead in more hands-on activities within the TA function (30% of your time).

In fact, while you will take place in activities related to Talent Attraction and Acquisition Strategies, Employer Branding Initiatives, Diveristy & Inclusion Projects and much more, most of your time will be dedicated to the management of the ever growing dublin-based team that will be in charge of 20/25 active vacancies p/recruiter and will span across different seniority levels and tech disciplines within the business (from eCommerce to Security, from Payments to AI and much more).

You will ideally have the leadership capabilities and potential to scale and progress within their vast TA team during a period of phenomenal growth and global expansion!
