Role Description:
- you act as reference person for the key-users and administrators of our solution to :
- Propose accurate solutions to their challenges ;
- Solve incidents or bugs ;
- Analyse and drive requests for changes and new features.
In other words, the scope goes from 2d to 3d line support, by taking action when possible, or ownership to represent the customer internally and drive their issues and requests.
Your implication and responsabilities on these task may be more or less analytical or technical, depending on your background, experience and evolution.
