Product Sourcing Coordinator with Mandarin speaking skills
We are urgently seeking a highly organised and motivated Product Sourcing Coordinator with fluent English and Mandarin speaking skills. The successful candidate will be joining our ambitious and rapidly growing client based in North Oxfordshire and their friendly and fun team. This is a full time and permanent role offering a competitive salary based on skills and experience and the chance of career progression over time for the right candidate.
Key to the role will be daily liaison with Chinese suppliers, building and maintaining great working relationships with them and obtaining the best delivery dates from them for product deliveries to the UK. As part of this you will also be working with the design team to create product samples for new customer ranges and negotiating pricing for these with the suppliers.
We’ll be looking for candidates with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, a very good eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. You will need to have fluent Mandarin and English language skills, a good commercial acumen, an analytical mindset and a good working knowledge of MS Office Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of design software would be an advantage but is not essential.
