On behalf of our highly innovative client based in West Oxfordshire we are seeking a client focussed Account Manager to act as a point of contact between clients, stakeholders and the company, ensuring effective communication of the client’s needs and in turn an effective delivery of the services required. This permanent and full-time role offers an attractive package of a salary range of between £30 – 50K pa (doe), the opportunity to work flexible hours plus attractive benefits such as private health care and a generous holiday allowance.
The ideal candidate for this will come with solid experience from within client/account management. Key to the role will be the ability to build relationships with clients, gain an understanding of their business and their needs in order to advise them effectively and communicate their requirements with the team to ensure an appropriate and satisfactory service delivery. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are therefore key, as will be the ability to handle multiple projects with a high level of attention at any one time. You will need to come prepared to get stuck in, with a ‘hit the ground running’ approach and a desire to learn.
