We are seeking a skilled Associate Creative Director to join our highly successful client based in the heart of the Cotswolds and their talented creative team. The ideal candidate will come from an agency and an art directional background, will have experience of working on big brands, great creative team leadership skills and will be able to demonstrate outstanding creative skill with a broad portfolio showing traditional and direct marketing work to show for it!
What will the role involve?
Reporting to the Creative Director the role will involve managing a team of up to 15 creatives, continually ensuring a high level of creative output and brand consistency at all times, both visually and tonally. It will be your responsibility to mentor and develop the team, but also getting stuck in at the creative end and getting involved in crafting great work whilst acting as creative ambassador for the agency, presenting creative work and major campaigns, working closely with the clients, building strong relationships, ensuring their requirements are continually met and exceeded!
What skills and experience are required?
We’ll be looking for candidates with experience from within a similar agency based role and great creative skill, conceptual thinking and an understanding of TOV. You will need to have outstanding digital, CRM and BTL craft and strategy experience, the ability and confidence to lead and inspire a creative team with excellent communication and relationship building skills and come with dynamic and compelling presentation skills. You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly motivated and well organised.
