On behalf of our very well established and highly successful Gloucester based client within the health care sector we are seeking a Product Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketeer with the experience of developing and implementing successful product marketing strategies via traditional and digital channels, the ability to analyse marketing campaigns results and to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve top results. This permanent and full-time role is on offer for a salary of up to £32K pa, plus great company benefits.
Reporting to the Marketing Director the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing trade and consumer marketing strategies for designated brands whilst keeping to an agreed budget and following up with in-depth analysis of the marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness. This will also involve working closely with national account managers to ensure an implementation of suitable marketing plans with the company’s major accounts, to collaborate closely with the sales department whilst being in tune with the production cycle in order manage campaigns appropriately, to effectively manage external marketing agencies and to manage potential new product development initiatives.
We’ll be looking for candidates with relevant product marketing experience and a track record of at least 3 years’ from within a similar role and of having managed and coordinated successful marketing activities from initial concept to completion. You will need to be an excellent communicator, negotiator and influencer, able to turn ideas into strategy and action, a good team player with good commercial acumen and the ability to manage your time e effectively and work to tight deadlines.
