On behalf of our prestigious and highly successful client based in the heart of the Cotswolds we are seeking an ambitious Creative Director with a good understanding of CRM and direct marketing alongside the experience of having successfully managed and inspired a large multi-disciplined creative team.
What will the role involve?
The role will be managing large clients and will require efficient management of a skilled creative team. As an inspiration to the team you will be working with them to continually raise the creative standards, ensuring brand consistency, signing off and inspiring creative briefs, and forging strong relationships across the agency, with key clients and stakeholders.
What skills and experience are required?
We’ll be looking for a Creative Director or experienced Associate Creative Director with at least 5 years’ experience at Director level form within an agency with a digital, DM, eDM and content focus. You will need to demonstrate outstanding creative skills, be it from an art direction or copywriting background, as well as a track record of having successfully managed a creative team. You’ll also need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, a solid understanding of the marketing industry at large and ideally solid experience from within the Financial Services sector.
What does the role offer?
This is a full time and permanent role on offer for an attractive salary package ranging from £70 – 110K pa, dependent on experience, pa plus great benefits and the chance to join a very well established and highly successful organisation!
