We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Studio Coordinator to join our highly successful Cheltenham based client. The ideal candidate for this will come with proven project management or studio management experience and a highly confident, organised and self-motivated approach.
This permanent and full-time role is on offer for a salary of up to £26Kpa plus bonus and attractive company benefits.
Working as part of the marketing department the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the design team workflow, scheduling projects and managing the departments’ systems. As part of this you will be involved in tasks such as raising purchase orders, managing print buying and external suppliers, reporting on quarterly sales and finances and managing logistics of sales material shipments.
We’ll be looking for candidates with relevant studio management/project management experience, ideally a relevant qualification, good Microsoft Office knowledge and excellent communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills. We’ll be looking for a confident team player, someone who is able to juggle multiple projects at any one time with initiative and a positive attitude.
