German speaking Business Development - West Oxfordshire - competitive salary
A fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and excellent German language skills to join our client, a flourishing e-commerce business, currently the largest in their field in the UK. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40K pa, (doe) plus uncapped on target earnings, attractive benefits and the opportunity to make use of the company’s flexible working environment allowing for home-based working for at least some of the week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing all new customers and developing new business within the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), as well as working closely with all DACH customers, building strong relationships to ensure repeat business. This is an instrumental role in helping our client to expand their reach during this exciting period of growth!
We’ll be looking for candidates with proven new business development experience coupled with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills, to enable you to hit the ground running. Fluent German language skills, spoken and written, as well as good English skills are a must and so is a highly organised, driven and motivated attitude plus an agile, yet determined approach with good decisions making skills.
