A fantastic opportunity for a talented Art or Design Director with a passion for print design, typography and branding, and solid experience from within FMCG packaging branding and identity to join our highly creative and successful Bristol based client. It is very much a hands-on role, and our client will be looking for someone who can bring along big ideas and strong strategy to meet their clients’ challenges. Whilst the successful candidate will be involved in strategic creative direction, managing and inspiring the creative team they will also be instrumental in design development, idea generation, research, concept exploration and finalisation of work.
What does the role involve?
The ideal candidate will come with 5 – 7 years of experience from within packaging design, experience of managing and mentoring a creative team and of managing and building strong client relationships with the ability to skilfully understand and meet clients’ requirement whilst representing the agency’s creative vision and making the best use of the available talent. We’ll also be looking for a deep understanding of the print process and technology, FMCG print industry experience, strong Adobe CS skills, excellent communication and organisational skills and great attention to detail.

This is a full time and permanent role based in central Bristol on offer for an attractive salary of between £50 – 60K pa, dependant on experience, plus a range of attractive benefits.
