Product Manager EMEA (BBBH1815) High Wycombe, England

Salary: GBP38000 - GBP40000 per annum + BONUS
A fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager with at least 3 years’ experience from within Product Management and/or Sales & Marketing from within the consumer-durables sector to join our highly successful client based in South Buckinghamshire. This permanent and full-time role offers an attractive salary of between £38 – 40K, plus bonus and the opportunity to travel for 4-6 weeks per year.

What does the role involve?
Working across the UK and European markets the successful candidate will take responsibility for defining, creating and executing the commercial product strategy for their particular product category. This will involve market analysis, evaluation of consumer need gaps and new product ideas and monitoring the commercial performance, ensuring that set targets are achieved. It will also involve gaining a thorough understanding of the product, from its manufacturing process through to its real-world application, consumer trends, market analysis and competitive positioning as well as involvement in the execution of regional conferences and training sessions, working closely with colleagues and partners across the Group.

What is required for the role?
The ideal candidate will come with at least 3 years’ experience from a Product Management or a Sales & Marketing role from within the consumer durables sector, ideally with experience of working across the EMEA region. You will need to come with a hands-on approach with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to take on board the basics of a manufacturing process and key product technologies. We’ll be looking for a self-starter, someone who can work well individually but also as part of a team with a good entrepreneurial mindset, keen to drive commercial opportunities and excellent organisation and project management skills.
