A fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager with a passion for branding and the creative process to join our client, an exciting branding agency based in central Cheltenham. The role will revolve around nurturing and developing existing client relationships whilst also working on the development of new opportunities and clients. An attractive salary is on offer of up to £30K pa, dependant on experience, plus bonus and attractive benefits!
In more detail the core responsibilities will involve strengthening and building client relationships whilst bearing in mind opportunities to increase the turnover and profitability. Engaging with new partners, leading and securing pitches with the support of internal creative teams, supporting the client through the project process, writing design briefs, strategy documents and creating workflow whilst ensuring a smooth and satisfactory delivery of projects to budget and agreed timelines.
To succeed candidates should come ideally with a degree and at least 2 years’ experience of working within an account management role in the creative/branding sector. You’ll need to have superb verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills, an eye for detail, a flair and interest in creative strategy, human behaviours and brand positioning.
