MWF: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Tues/Th: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Responsibilities:
· Responds to all inbound questions from customers via email and telephone.
· Ensure highest level of customer service is always given.
· Analyze processes and initiatives to anticipate potential customer service issues.
· Monitor processes and user behavior and recommend solutions to improve the user experience.
· Build, maintain and expand strong relationships
· Work collaboratively with internal teams
· Special projects and other duties will be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
• Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience required.
• 1-3 years’ experience providing customer and technical service support.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with community banks and credit unions is preferred.
• Experience in similar roles with a fast-growing small business marketing or rewards program a plus.
• Exceptional phone, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm, positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in change management and project management experience, are crucial.
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
