• Ensure all Project / Client HSEQ goals are achieved and where possible exceeded.
• Ensure all Contractor Supervision are aware of, and implement, safe working practices / procedures and are provided with a safe working environment.
• Manage, support and develop Contractor Supervision.
• Effective liaison with Client, Sub-Contractor and Vendor Representatives.
• Deliver a high standard of Construction Management to the Project, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times.
• Ensure a continuous improvement philosophy across all Contractors activities, delivering best practices at all times.
• Ensure Contractor has Permit to Work Personnel in place and a safe and effective PTW system is implemented for all Construction activities.
