A hospitality group, is looking for a Customer Relationship Marketing Manager for their team.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing and managing assigned CRM initiatives
- Strategic understanding of customer acquisition and retention for an ecommerce, membership-driven business
- Develop programs that support KPI's
- Manage execution of programs and optimizing through analytics
- Manage complete communications - channels span, email, SMS, push notifications, call center, direct mail, and paid CRM retargeting
- Campaign planning and design, monitoring and analysis
- Bring fresh and new ideas to the team with the knowledge of brand standards
- Use data driven marketing tools to enable CRM strategies (i.e. IBM Campaign, e-message)
What you need to know:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing function with complex customer communication programs
- Agency or client-side CRM management
- A/B communication testing experience is required!!
- E-commerce knowledge and experience is preferred
- Ability to design marketing plans that span creative development, optimization, performance reporting and KPI accountability
