To join the Shred-it team, you must have strong sales and communication skills over the telephone. Successful Inside Sales Executives with Shred-it possess the following abilities:
Hunter attitude and ability to cold call potential customers
Make high volume outbound sales calls to close sales
Generate high quality sales appointments for Sales Executives in the field.
Outstanding cold calling, negotiation and closing skills over the phone
Effectively determine the decision maker(s)
Determine customer needs and accurately offer the best service solution
Active listening skills to identify opportunities
Overcome objections by positioning service features, benefits and value proposition, preferably in one call
Proactively calling existing clients to develop new opportunities or schedule additional services.
Requirements of Inside Sales Representatives:
Minimum 1 year of previous outbound tele-sales experience.
Proven record of sales success.
Must enjoy selling on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and capability of managing multiple tasks
Strong work ethic
College degree or diploma preferred.
All successful candidates will be required to participate in a full security clearance.
