UK’s MAJOR RETAIL/ LEISURE COMPANY LOOKING FOR A HR BUSINESS PARTNER.
FULL TIME – LONDON HEAD OFFICE

*MUST BE A DRIVER - COMPANY CAR PROVIDED.
THIS IS FOR A FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

My client is the UK’s major retail/ leisure company with locations all over the UK. With headquarters situated in a luxury business park in London. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Head Office team. You will be integral in supporting the business, working closely with the HR manager and being the direct link to all UK outlets.

In this role you will be supporting, coaching and training all stores in all HR/ ER processes. Due to the nature of the business, you must be highly experienced in dealing with ER related topic.Based in London you must have strong communication skills, where you are managing processes from afar. You must have a proactive outlook, eagerness to succeed and flexible with change. This global business moves at a fast pace, and is always evolving, a great opportunity to develop your skills in this demanding environment.

As HR Business Partner you must be up to date with all UK employment laws, have experience in managing complex HR procedures and ER cases, handling the full journey in disciplinary, suspensions, grievances, dismissals and appeal processes. As well as the confidence, desire and experience in creating and delivering new training schemes.

You must be operating at the level of Associate CIPD qualified. Post graduate of Employee Relations/ Employment Law would be of an advantage.

You will have experience of:

• Working within a similar role, in a retail/ hospitality/ leisure environment.
• Understanding/ managing and working through all HR processes.
• Managing teams from a far.
• Creating, implementing and training new, ensuring delegates are confident in dealing with ER matters.
• Supporting a HR team in all administrative duties.
• Travelling to sites to complete, interviews, hearings, training's, once/twice a week.
• Coaching experience.
• Talent spotting and recruitment experience.
