STORE MANAGER – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS – BICESTER – BRACKLEY

***Please note -This store is NOT based in Bicester outlet shopping Village***

My client is THE brand in hospitality. Passionate about everything that they do from products to service and most importantly their people. Although a global brand they remain true to their values and as a result have been market leader for decades. They are looking for an experienced MANAGER from a hospitality/ leisure or retail environment to join them as a STORE MANAGER in key locations in BICESTER and BRACKELY.

In order to be successful in the role, you must be PASSIONATE, DRIVEN and ENERGETIC You will be bringing your management skill sets to lead and inspire a team to deliver company set targets and KPI’s, keeping control of P&L and wastage in order to make your store profitable. Experience from a fast pace, food lead retail/ hospitality environment desirable as this business moves quickly! Experience in managing teams of five or more, with ability to talent spot and putting succession planning in place.

You should also have a real understanding of how to motivate your team to produce the highest levels of customer service, backed by strong operational skills within an environment where the customer journey is priority at all times.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE -

• Managing a large turnover site.
• Managing teams of 5+ within a fast paced environment.
• Managing a site with a high degree of footfall where focus on providing a first class customer service is priority.
• Have a good understanding of a P&L account and how to drive KPI's.
• Making commercially sound decisions that drive business performance.

You must be a customer focused manager with real experience of getting the best from your teams.
