As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:
*Sourcing and recruiting qualified Project Managers, Business Analysts, Web Developers, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Network Engineers, ERP, CRM, IT Architects, and Application Development candidates.
*Interfacing with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics
*Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.) to find and attract desired passive candidates
*Develops and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations, social and professional networking sites and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates
*Effectively manages the internal applicant process as well as leading external candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Will coach each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process including “closing” to drive offer acceptance
*Screens, presents and “sells” qualified candidates to hiring managers
*Executes accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics in client’s ATS and/or other tracking mechanism such as Excel
*Maintains understanding and execution of diversity and quality requirements and ensures compliance with legal and client regulations during identification and screening process
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business, Human Resources or similar

Minimum years experience required: 5 years progressively responsible recruiting experience, including proactive/passive sourcing experience; 3+ years recruiting expertise in the Oil & Gas industry required. Must have demonstrated success in recruiting IT disciplines. Preferred experience recruiting professionals with JDE, OBIEE, EDI, Web Development background.
