DUTIES

  •     Ensure a focus on quality, service excellence and efficiency within areas of responsibility
  •     Provide accurate professional and timely support to internal/external customers
  •     Receiving orders via fax/phone/email.
  •     Coordinate activities with Logistics team to ensure customer expectations are met
  •     Data entry of customer orders into system with special attention to accuracy and timelines
  •     Performs related duties and/or projects as required
  •     Foster a team-environment by sharing knowledge and information
  •     Openly discuss the opportunities to improve the performance of the group
  •     Follow and support policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to Health, Safety and Environment and those identified in the Corporate Manual
  •     Embrace and model behavior consistent with corporate values - Customer-focused, Opportunity-driven, Results-driven, Team-based and Safety and protection


   
SKILLS

  •     Post secondary education preferred
  •     2 - 3 years experience in customer service related role preferably in supply and distribution
  •     Previous order desk experience an asset
  •     Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  •     AP/AR experience an asset
  •     ERP experience preferred
  •     Good communication skills both verbal and written
  •     Ability to multitask effectively
  •     Strong attention to detail
  •     Self starter with the ability to work with minimal  supervision
  •     Successful completion of a pre-employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol test
