DUTIES
- Provide accurate professional and timely support to internal/external customers
- Accurately enter invoices into JDE including information such as bills of lading, signed/dated field tickets
- Raise Purchase Orders for trucking companies
- Entering and processing inventory transfers between locations
- Coordinating deliveries to minimize freight costs
- Entering sales or transfer orders into the system
- Follow up on delivery dates and coordinate any order changes
- Reconciliation of inventory on a monthly basis
- Coordinating cycle counting adjustments
- Document management
- Coordinate activities with Logistics team for delivery/manufacturing to ensure customer expectations are met
- Logistics for product delivery (warehouse/dock, transport)
- Provide coverage and support for both Blending and Supply/Logistics Coordinator positions when required
- Performs related duties and/or projects as required
- Foster a team-environment by sharing knowledge and information
- Ensure a focus on quality, service excellence and efficiency within areas of responsibility
- Contribute and represent the WEC team as an efficient, professional and capable TEAM
- Follow and support policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to Health, Safety and Environment and those identified in the Corporate Manual
SKILLS
- Post secondary education preferred
- 2 - 3 years experience in customer service related role preferably in supply, distribution or blending/manufacturing environment
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- JDE experience preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Successful completion of a pre-employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol test
