JOB SCOPE
Perform administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management.  Provide general administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to, billing, accounts payable, and monthly reports.

Travel Category Management
- Hotel / Car / Airline and all other aspects of travel
- Corporate Booking Tool
- Traveler support and education
- Travel Agency and Travel Supplier Liaison
- Meetings Management
- Travel & Expense Management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •     Analytical support and market research in preparation for supplier negotiation and reviews
  •     Develop strategy for travel supplier selection
  •     Assist/lead in developing RFP, sourcing and implementation.
  •     Provide education and communicate compliance and service support to travelers
  •     Assist and support global and regional travel initiatives
  •     Assist and advise the travel team on travel trends and non-compliance reporting
  •     Support and maintain travel supplier relationships
  •     Maintain and measure supplier contract performance
  •     Occasional travel as required
  •     Other tasks as assigned


REQUIRED SKILLS

  •     5+ years Travel Program knowledge
  •     Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  •     Supply Chain or Procurement and Category Management experience
  •     Self-starter and independent worker
  •     Well-developed interpersonal skills
  •     Working knowledge of Travel Management software tools (Lanyon, Corporate booking engines, and data reporting tools)
  •      Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  •     Well-developed writing and verbal communication skill
  •     General administrative skills
