For the role company are seeking the following candidate:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Has been in a similar role onboard or shoreside
- Be able to build relationships with different departments in the business
- Identify new destinations trends in Ports
- To perform commercial analysis on the products before release
For the individual they are seeking:
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
- Flexible on being able to travel
- Strong level of IT and literacy skills
- Being able to speak more than one language is a desirable
- Self-motivator
