Manage marketing mix concepts of brand messaging and positioning, brand architecture and customer segmentation to develop marketing strategies which drive brand and product equity, revenue and profitability.  Advanced knowledge of and ability to develop and apply marketing strategies to marketing plans and tactics. Perform as a marketing leader for the marketing team.

Accountabilities
-Owner of marketing plan including the development of the strategy, tactic mix, performance forecasts/results, and marketing research as necessary to achieve business goals.
-Advanced ability to develop and apply  brand positioning and messaging, brand architecture and tactic mix, competitive assessments, SWOT Analysis and customer segmentation.
-Advanced ability to develop a marketing strategy for areas of responsibility which aggressively drive the business forward

- Development and execution of marketing tactics in an exceptional fashion
-Development and execution of new product and/or product enhancement launch plans and roll out to sales and customers.
-Assume the brand lead role for special marketing projects as needed.
-Alignment with the Marketing function area needs (Public Relations, Direct to Customer, Event Management, Internal and External Creative Services,Web, Social Media) 
-Achieve marketing forecast goals including leads driven and revenue generated

- Manage to approved budgets
-Monthly marketing reports, including campaign calendars, campaign performance and pipeline analysis and financial reports.
-Clear communication of plans and alignment to internal and external stakeholders, including senior level management, and persuading others to support ideas.
