This is an excellent opportunity for a Balance Sheet specialist to join our team based in Hove, supporting balance sheet reconciliation, governance and control activity for our largest business unit.
About the role
As part of the Balance Sheet team you will be responsible for controlling the balance sheet reconciliations process, communicating issues and supporting the business units to understand balance sheet movements. You will also be involved in the monthly cash flow forecast and understanding the working capital movements within the business unit.
About you
You will have a good understanding of balance sheets, cash flow, working capital and knowledge of the appropriate accounting standards. You may hold a finance qualification (AAT or similar), or have experience / knowledge to the same level. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships are all essential.
