We are seeking a Content Management Professional to build forward-thinking and compelling storytelling content for our Corporate Proposals team! The Content Management Professional role at ManpowerGroup is responsible for the development, management and delivery of branded, accurate, and consistent ManpowerGroup content to be used in Global proposal responses and as the basis for content for other supporting documents, such as presentation slides. This position will ensure the communication of complex concepts in a simplified form to all sales channels. This position will translate internal ManpowerGroup topics into sales text that constantly addresses relevance to client needs/pains. The role of the Content Management Professional will work independently and as part of a matrix organization, leading initiatives from an individual contributor position. While internal facing in nature, this role is very deadline driven as it is directly tied to client facing outcomes.


Other key duties include:

Development of content management process (design or use of technology) including version control
Writing, editing and owning the "voice," look and delivery of each text piece
Leading SMEs to fulfill content requirements either through writing themselves or through approving what's been written.
Delivery of branded, accurate, and consistent content to the business through a content management system which may include more sophisticated technology than the current Intranet delivery system
Design and maintain a way for local and national sales channels to access and use content
Converting relevant text pieces into presentation slide choices.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a sales or marketing group
Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing and graphic illustration
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field strongly preferred but not required
Master's Degree desired
Strong proficiencies in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with HTML or aptitude to learn
Graphic Illustration software knowledge or aptitude to learn
