We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a leading Insurance Firm based in the City. This is a temporary to permanent role, starting ASAP. You will be providing extensive administrative support within a growing HR department.

Duties include:
• Liaising with managers and recruitment agencies to arrange interviews
• Preparing interview packs, co-coordinating diaries and booking meeting rooms across different sites
• Producing new starter packs
• Carrying out new starter background checks including references ensuring these are completed in accordance with timescales
• Collating sickness records, chasing up outstanding information as required and ensuring any issues are brought to the attention of the Senior HR Officer
• Updating the attendance recording system/HR System
• Dealing effectively and professionally with telephone, email and mail enquiries from internal and external clients, and taking actions to ensure that enquiries are handled appropriately in a courteous, prompt manner liaising with the HR Administrator and/or Senior HR Officer where necessary to resolve queries
• The temp will also assist with facilities administration
• Providing a general administrative duties

The successful candidate must be highly organised, possess excellent client liaison skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to demonstrate initiative and a pro-active approach to work is also important for this role.

A meticulous attention to detail and competency using MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential as is the ability to handle confidential data in a professional manner.
