Temporary Customer Service Assistant & Tour Guide (Part Time)
Salary: GBP0 - GBP8.7 per hour
Temporary 5 Month Contract
Part Time Up to 3 Days Per Week
My Client is a successful organisation based in the Inverurie area. They have an immediate requirement for additional cover to support their customer service function.
Duties will include:
- Delivering a high level of customer service that aims to exceed customer expectations
- Deal with customers on a face to face basis
- Provide guidance and advice to customers on products and services
- Deal with till register
- Help create a memorable experience for all customers
- Progress to providing customers tours of the site
Candidates must have the following background and skills:
- Candidates must be self-motivated and enjoy meeting new people
- Previous experience of working within a face to face customer service role is referred
- Previous experience of conducting customer presentations &/or tours is highly advantageous but full training will be provided
- Candidates must be flexible and able to support within a team environment
