About the Role

Working closely with the Contracts and Design Team you will ensure the creation of Bills of Materials and Routings reflect all customer requirements and specifications to guarantee customer satisfaction.

You will be required to work closely with the Production and Purchasing teams to make the best decisions for methods of manufacture to meet profitability and On Time in Full (OTIF) targets.

Reporting into the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for pre-production MRP activity.

Skills and qualifications

Educated to G.C.S.E. level, you will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be confident using a PC. Experience of MRP/ERP (Javelin desirable), Planning experience within a manufacturing business or valve environment would be ideal.
