Position Summary

We are seeking a temporary Events and Communications Coordinator to support field enablement activities, including programs, events and communications for its field teams - sales, channel, and technical field. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ever-changing priorities, and can build effective working relationships cross-functionally.


  • Webinar management and moderation
  • Invitations and registration
  • Producer: drive content delivery and dry runs, manage session show flow,
  • including facilitation & moderation
  • Project manage and drive delivery of event assets for upload
  • Project management/logistics support for events, live and virtual
  • Communications support including invitations, field e-newsletters, intranet sites, Chatter
  • Calendar management


  • At least two years Events coordination experience managing online and live events
  • Strong project management skill set - organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain agile with evolving team priorities
  • Strong decision making ability and good judgment

  • Microsoft: Outlook Email and Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Education and experience equivalent to a four-year college degree
