Site Manager (site manager carlisl) Carlisle, England

We are currently looking for a Site manager to work for our client on a project based in Carlisle. Working on refurbishment contracts.
Duties will be to look after all trades on site and delegate work out, carry out site inductions, manager sub contractors on site and liaise between the client and the contracts manager.
SMSTS, first aid, CSCS card required as a minimum. with experience of manager sites as a number 1 or number 2 on site.
Work references will be required before starting and willing to meet with client before starting.
minimum work contract is 10 weeks, if all goes well this could turn into long term work with the client or even permanent employment.
Rate is negotiable
