My Retail client based in Thame Oxfordshire are looking for a permanent IT Project Manager within a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000
Initially you will be working alongside the business owners and a third party ERP consultancy to help gather business requirements and needs for a new ERP business system, help define and scope out the system requirements and Project Manage the ERP implementation from the side of the business insuring the 3rd Party ERP Consultancy is delivering on its contract, timescales and to cost. During and post ERP implementation there will be a significant change program and you will be required to Project Manage this change and take up of the new Business systems and look at moving on to other IT Projects in the pipeline such as Cloud computing, Digital projects covering Ecommerce website and CRM system.

Core skills and experience needed:
Experience of working closely with the chosen integration business and Project Manage the full new ERP system implementation from integration to go live and insure full sign off and hand over of systems is complete and business ready.
You will require an excellent knowledge of a wide range of ERP applications and ideally suitable compatibility to the retail and or manufacturing sector.
You will have a Business Analysis background to enable the first part of the project scoping to be completed
You will be Prince 2 or similar Project Management certified and have proven PM experience of implementing ERP systems.
Good 3rd party contract management experience and understanding how to negotiate with integration companies to get the best outcome on timescales and budgets
Excellent stkeholder engagement and reporting skills to keep board members and business owners updated
