Business Analyst / Management Consultant Summary:

Signature Consultants is looking for a 3-5 years Business Analyst/Management consultant to join the corporate banking group of one of our major financial clients. This candidate will be responsible for leading & gathering business requirements. Hands on testing of AML and associated data and business processes. Person will ensure functional needs of business partners are met. Responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and ensures all systems support and conform to the business needs and specifications. Responsible for following the client project process, interfacing with clients, developing detail requirement documentation and understanding the entire process such that they can develop/create the best solution.

Responsiblitities:

• Gather and define business and functional requirements from the business.
• Develop sharepoint site to manage content
• Analyze current system and process gaps in context of new business and functional. - Conduct business assessment activities.
• Actively involved in high level estimates and scoping. - Acquire and institutionalize business knowledge to team.
• Document functional and operational impacts to associates and customers.
• Assist in completion and documentation of designs (functional and technical). - Provide expert knowledge on assigned application(s), functionality and associate/customer processes.
• Develop expert knowledge on business processes, rules, and regulations.
• Document the interaction of data, functions and business processes for selected functionality.

Required Skills: 

• 5+ years experience with Business Requirements
• 3+ years developing requirements around Financial Business Solutions
• Previous experience supporting business unit or customer
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Desired Skills:

• Risk Investment Banking or AML is a big plus
• Sharepoint is a big plus
