Temporary Litigation Attorney (BS 01) Los Angeles, California
We are currently assisting a well-respected National law firm located on the Westside with a search for a Temporary Litigation Attorney. This opportunity is temporary (open ended) and might possibly turn into a temporary to hire opportunity. Candidates must be current and active with the California Bar. State court litigation experience is required as this position will support Partners who represent large commercial landlords and commercial property owners and managers and developers of real estate. The work will include working on matters related to landlord and tenant issues (unlawful detainers, etc.), breach of leases and other matters related to commercial real estate. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience handling legal matters as listed above. This position will work very closely with Senior support staff personnel including Paralegals. Stellar writing skills, top law school and mid-size to large size law firm experience highly preferred.
