Temporary Contract Administrator (BB 01) Los Angeles, California
We are assisting a Westside corporation with a search for an experienced Contract Administrator for a three month temporary assignment. This entertainment corporation is looking for previous entertainment experience handling a variety of production agreements (scripted and unscripted television programs)-location agreements, casting agreements, redlining contracts, and knowledge of rights and clearances. The Contract Administrator might also assist in the review of network agreements as well as advise on union and guild matters regarding development and production. The Contract Administrator will also interact with other corporate personnel as needed. Counsel on other legal matters including guild/union and labor issues, IP rights, insurance, product integrations, online and music issues and other tasks as assigned in the Business and Legal Affairs department. This is an immediate opening and is anticipated to last three month. Our client seeks 3-5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator preferably with an entertainment corporation.
