Located in the creative district of Shoreditch, you will be joining a friendly and outgoing team where you'll get to work directly with the inspirational founders.


What you'll be doing:

In this new and exciting role, you'll be responsible for founding the digital marketing department, it's overall performance and scaling. Your key focus will be on digital marketing and ecommerce campaigns for their primary markets: USA & Asia.

Working with the founders and the Head of Technology you'll be creating compelling campaigns, driving traffic and optimising conversion. Based around commercial targets, you'll plan and execute both paid and unpaid marketing strategies. 

  • Setup and execute performance-optimised acquisition strategies
  • Establish a best in class growth marketing framework to continuously improve the conversion funnel and drive profitable growth across all products
  • Own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms 
  • Implement automation marketing across customer touchpoints for the entire purchasing lifecycle
  • Implement the SEO content strategy plan, coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Take ownership of the ecommerce functions, performing weekly and monthly reports to deliver insight, analysis and recommendations
  • Review, optimise and scale paid social campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Coordinate the development of key strategic assets and third party technologies

About you

In a varied and stimulating role, you'll need a flexible attitude and a high level of independence. You're a creative, entrepreneurial thinker with keen analytical skills and excellent project management experience.

You don't base growth strategy on value pricing or sales alone, but have an in-depth understanding of how and why audiences engage with a brand.

  • Bachelor degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) from top tier university; science-related, psychology, or business studies preferred
  • 5+ years in a high growth e-commerce environment in a D2C digital marketing role
  • Proven track record for tangible, strong growth numbers (revenues & traction)
  • Experience in growing channels in USA & Asia
  • High performance under pressure and a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in presenting to senior leadership
  • Up to date on all the latest digital marketing trends
