I am currently recruiting for a leading multidisciplinary architecture and planning consultancy in reading. You will be joining a regional specialist team of Urban Designers, Masterplanners, Housing Layout Specialists and Architects working on prestigious large scale UK residential projects, housing layout experience would be highly beneficial for this role.

Essential

• Expertise of working on UK residential and mixed use development masterplans in an Urban Design or Masterplan role
• Have a strong design background
• Have an understanding of Architecture and an ability to develop detailed codes and 3D briefs
• Have excellent written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Be able to produce high quality hand drawings and have a strong eye for detail
• Be proficient in 3D computer modelling skills and Sketchup fluent
• Be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Have excellent team-working skills
• Have a willingness to learn and progress
• Have an ability to manage their own time, workload and meet tight deadlines
