Are you a self-motivated, professionally qualified Finance Manager looking for a new challenge in a diverse owner managed business?  An award winning, rural based business in North Yorkshire are recruiting for a hands-on Finance Manager to join their finance team.

As Finance Manager you will be based in near Malton, easily commutable from Scarborough, York, Driffield and surrounding areas.

Reporting in the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will have autonomy over the finance function and be responsible for:

• Producing monthly management accounts and year end accounts
• Cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations and inter-company transfers
• Monthly payroll including auto-enrolment requirements
• VAT returns including partial exemptions
• Overseeing the sales ledger and purchase ledger functions
• Liaising with senior colleagues regarding budgets and expenditure

We are really keen to speak with candidates who are excellent multi-taskers with experience in a similar role or who have previous experience within an accountancy practice and are looking for their first move into industry.
