Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a successful hospitality business based on the outskirts of York.

Reporting into the Group Finance Manager, your day to day duties will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of cashflow forecasts
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts balance sheets
• Assisting the Group Finance Manager with other ad hoc tasks and projects
• Preparation of audit files and liaison with auditors

The successful Financial Controller will:

• Have previous management accounts experience
• Be Level 4 AAT or CIMA qualified (or relevant equivalent)
• Be customer focussed
• Have a good understanding of MS Office, specifically Excel
• Have previous experience of using Sage/Sage Payroll software
