Castle Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for looking for an experienced Accounts Data Co-ordinator for a large, fast paced business based in Malton, North Yorkshire.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounts candidate with previous experience of maintaining detailed financial data perhaps in purchase ledger, banking and expenses.
  • You will be a team player able to support both internal and external customers in an efficient, professional manner.
  • Previous team management experience would be advantageous.
  • You will have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to compliance requirements.

 

Requirements:

As a successful Accounts Data Co-ordinator, you will possess the following:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to carry out a demanding workload to meet deadlines
  • Have good attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Good commercial understanding and have the ability to work closely with key customers and suppliers
  • Previous proven experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook to an advanced level
  • The ability to carry out banking transactions
  • Assist in the production of weekly KPI reports
  • Previous proven experience of working in an Accounts Data Co-ordinator position or similar would be advantageous
  • Experience of using SAP would be an advantage as would previous experience of dealing in the retail sector
