Great role for an ambitious, experienced Interim Commercial Finance Manager with an FMCG background to step into a key leadership role within a global brand based in North Yorkshire. Working closely with senior Directors to formulate key strategies and drive performance. Competitive salary, bonus, flexible working and rewarding role. The role is initially offered on a 6-month contract basis.
We would be keen to hear from you if you are an experienced Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager or Financial Controller who has worked within a large fast-paced business and has:
- Previously worked in an FMCG environment
- Exceptional leadership qualities and be comfortable advising senior Directors on how to improve commercial returns
- Excellent communication skills across all channels and levels
- Experience of commercial pricing and new product development (NPD)
- Experience of providing commercial support for validating and assessing the effectiveness of Joint Business Plans and Trading Agreements
- Strong financial acumen, management of teams and financial systems
- Ideally, you will be a CIMA or ACCA qualified
