Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Accounts Administrator to join a family run business based on the outskirts of Scarborough, you will report into the Office & Accounts Manager and your day to day duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating the internal stock management system on Sage
- Purchase Ledger – Coding, matching & posting
- Sales Ledger
- Raising customer invoices
- General administration
- Greeting customers
- EC Sales
To be considered for this exciting Accounts Administrator role, you will have:
- Excellent IT skills; previous experience using a stock management system is essential
- Previous experience using Sage Line 50
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
- Confident communication skills
Previous credit control and journal experience would be advantageous.
