Finance Administrator

Finance Administrator (VC4931) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP9 - GBP11 per hour

Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Accounts Administrator to join a family run business based on the outskirts of Scarborough, you will report into the Office & Accounts Manager and your day to day duties will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the internal stock management system on Sage
  • Purchase Ledger – Coding, matching & posting
  • Sales Ledger
  • Raising customer invoices
  • General administration
  • Greeting customers
  • EC Sales

To be considered for this exciting Accounts Administrator role, you will have:

  • Excellent IT skills; previous experience using a stock management system is essential
  • Previous experience using Sage Line 50
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
  • Confident communication skills

 

Previous credit control and journal experience would be advantageous.
