Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a flexible part-time basis for a manufacturing company based in Whitby.
The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices (approx. 60 per week)
- Posting payments through the purchase ledger
- Liaising internally and externally regarding invoice queries
- Processing bank payments in sterling and foreign currency
To be considered for this Purchase Ledger Clerk position, you will need the following experience:
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Experience on Sage accountancy package would be advantageous
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Comfortable user of MS Office including MS Excel
This role is a 9 months fixed term contract with flexible part-time working (over 3 days).
