Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk / Finance Administrator to work in a continually successful Food Manufacturing business in the Bridlington area, your day to day duties will include:
- Entering sales orders onto a bespoke system
- Chasing payments
- Management of ‘load out’ file and handling discrepancies accordingly
- Processing of claims through intranet system
- Liaison with the dispatch team
- Weekly reconciliation
To be considered for this varied Sales Ledger Clerk / Finance Administrator
role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Self-motivated with good initiative and the ability to balance workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence across MS Office and willingness to learn new systems
