Accounts and Office Administrator (VC3972) Malton, England

Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts and Office Administrator to join a successful organisation based a commutable distance from Malton, Driffield, Bridlington and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have a varied role, responsible for accounts administration as well as other general office tasks.
Reporting into the Operations Director, your key duties will include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Receiving delivery notes and entering onto the Purchase Ledger
- Petty cash control
- Receiving payments from customers and entering onto the Sales Ledger
- Payroll Administration
- Acting as ISO Coordinator (incl. liaising with auditors)
- Supporting one direct report
To be considered for this exciting Accounts and Office Administrator role, you will:
- Have previous experience using an accounts package (Quickbooks, Sage or Xero)
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Office
- Have previous experience in a multi-skilled and fast paced accounts or bookkeeping position
- Be a confident communicator
