Castle Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Commercial Finance Business Partner on a 12-month interim basis to join a fast paced global FMCG business based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, as Commercial Finance Business Partner you will work in partnership with the Foodservices Sales and Marketing teams to go beyond the numbers and add true value by effectively communicating your commercial understanding, analysis and insight. It is critical to the success of this role that you possess an ability to cultivate strong relationships.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for Commercial Finance Business Partner will be a qualified accountant with a strong academic track record. He or she must have previously worked within a fast-paced complex customer focused environment and therefore understand and influence key business drivers. My client is looking for high achievers who strive to make a material impact on the business.
We are looking for a candidate to have these essential capabilities to be the Commercial Finance Business Partner
- Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Several years’ commercial accountancy experience
- Ability to work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders, business partnering with them from a finance perspective
- Highly competent on Microsoft Office including advance Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence and manage difficult conversations
- Ideally have experience of working within a commercial function
- Ideally have experience of leading and managing a small team
