Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting exclusively for a Finance Officer to work at an award-winning business based near Filey, North Yorkshire.

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to work part-time hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly around their current commitments.

Reporting into and working alongside the Managing Directors, your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of cashflow; including establishing any discrepancies in expected and actual figures
• Recording company bank transactions using bespoke accountancy software
• Collating monthly payroll information including the calculation of sales bonuses
• Inputting and reconciling company statements
• General administrative duties (faxing, emailing, answering calls)

To be considered for this varied Finance Officer role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a finance or bookkeeping role
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to build good working relationships with business colleagues
• Excellent communication skills
• Good MS Excel skills

Our client is looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join a successful team near Filey. The role is easily commutable from Scarborough and Bridlington via car or train.
